Expedition to a Foreign Land

Recently, 9 of our Scouts have taken the opportunity to attend a road trip to Wales, for a two-day expedition around the Felin Bach Girlguiding hostel. They have seen the wonders of Northern Wales, and have seen amazing wildlife such as seals off the coast of the Lleyn peninsula.
The Scouts who have taken this challenge have – in doing so – managed to earn their Expedition Challenge Award, which is due to be handed out in a special ceremony at this year’s AGM.
Congratulations are due all-round for the stunning work shown by the group.
Yn ddiweddar, 9 o’n Sgowtiaid wedi cymryd y cyfle i fynychu daith ar y ffordd i Gymru, ar gyfer taith dau ddiwrnod o amgylch yr hostel Felin Bach Girlguiding. Maent wedi gweld rhyfeddodau Gogledd Cymru, ac wedi gweld bywyd gwyllt rhyfeddol megis morloi oddi ar arfordir penrhyn Llŷn.
Mae’r Sgowtiaid sydd wedi cymryd her hon wedi – wrth wneud hynny – yn llwyddo i ennill eu Gwobr Her Alldaith, sydd i fod i gael ei dosbarthu mewn seremoni arbennig yn CCB eleni.
