On 16th December, 1916, UK Scout HQ signed the papers allowing the creation of a whole new section of the Scouting Movement. Cub Scouts… In response to the growing need for Scouting activities for younger age ranges, Cubs was to become the biggest section of Scouting in the UK. Today, Cubs from all over West Lancs gathered together in their respective districts to renew their promise together, via a live-video feed, and to party like no-one ever before!
