It is with great sadness, we said goodbye to Molly as Beaver Scout Leader at the end of summer. Molly has been our Beaver Leader for the last three years, and has left an unforgettable impact on the group.
We’ve also had to say a temporary goodbye to Duncan, our Assistant Beaver Scout Leader, who’s gone off to the Netherlands for a term to study abroad.
This Term, We’ll be welcoming in a New Beaver Leadership Team, comprised of James Phillips (Our Assistant Scout Leader) as Acting Beaver Scout Leader, and Darren Phillips (Our Group Scout Leader) as Acting Assistant Beaver Scout Leader. We’re proud to still have Sam in the section as a Young Leader, who will continue to support and bring assistance to the section.
“As of September, I will be heading up a team to lead the Beaver Scout Section, we intend to bring an adventurous, child-oriented, and youth-led programme to the section, allowing each young person who joins the section to not only gain the highest awards that Scouting has to offer them, but to develop as people to the be best they can be.” – James Phillips (Acting BSL)
